Join Our Parent Craft Group: Let’s Create Magic for the Christmas Market!
The group is a chance to come together and have some fun while we make some creations to sell at the Christmas Market – whether you are a seasoned crafter or a complete novice, all are welcome to these free workshops.
A huge thank you to the members of our parent community who will lead our sessions, Bree Quin and Pauline Cuburu.
Crafting Together, Building Community and Beautiful Things, in the Handwork Room, Woodlands (top floor) on the following dates:
- Session 1: Saturday, September 7th from 10am – Noon
- Session 2: Saturday, September 21st from 10am – Noon
- Session 3: Saturday, September 28th from 11am – 1pm
- More sessions to come!
If you are unable to join the workshops, but are able to create at home, all donations of crafted items for the Christmas Market will be warmly welcomed, please spread the word with any crafty friends and family who may be willing to contribute!
Wanted: Crafting Materials To Upcycle
We are also looking for any surplus crafting materials and will ‘upcycle’ them into some new and fantastic creations. Please consider donating any of the following if you have them lying around:
- cotton and felt sheets of winter colours
- tartan or checkered clothing
- old pure wool clothing we can use to make felt
- jute string and small jars.
Any donations can be left at the School Office.
